Enrolment

Can my child attend a trial class before enrolling?

Yes. We offer one complimentary trial class per subject so your child can experience the teaching style and class environment before you commit. Just contact us to schedule one.

When can my child start?

Students can join at any point during the term, subject to availability. We don't require you to wait for a new term to start. We'll assess your child's current level and slot them into the most suitable class.

What is the withdrawal policy?

We require one month's written notice for withdrawal. Fees paid for the notice month are non-refundable. We understand circumstances change, and we try to be flexible where possible.

Fees & Payment

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes. We offer a 10% discount on the lower fee when two or more siblings are enrolled at BrightPath. The discount is applied automatically to your monthly invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and cash. Fees are due by the 5th of each month. We'll send you a payment reminder via WhatsApp at the start of each month.

Are materials included in the fees?

There is a material fee of $30 per term which covers all worksheets, practice papers, and printed notes. You don't need to purchase any additional materials separately.

Classes

How big are the classes?

Our Primary and Secondary classes have a maximum of 8 students. JC classes are capped at 6 students. This ensures every student receives individual attention during each session.

What happens if my child misses a class?

We offer one makeup class per term, subject to availability. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We'll also provide the lesson materials so your child can catch up at home.

Do you follow the MOE syllabus?

Yes. All our materials are aligned to the latest MOE syllabus. We also incorporate past-year exam papers and school-specific content to ensure students are well-prepared for their actual school assessments.

Progress & Results

How do you track my child's progress?

We send monthly progress reports via email or WhatsApp. Each report covers what was taught, how your child performed, areas that need improvement, and the plan for the coming month. We also welcome parent-teacher check-ins.

How soon can I expect to see improvement?

Most parents see noticeable improvement within one to two terms. However, this depends on the starting point and how consistent the student is with homework and practice. We set realistic expectations during the initial assessment.

Where is the centre located?

We're at 144 Upper Bukit Timah Road, #03-08 Beauty World Centre, Singapore 588177. It's a 5-minute walk from Beauty World MRT (Downtown Line, DT5). Parking is available at the building.

Is there a waiting area for parents?

Yes, we have a comfortable waiting area with seating and free Wi-Fi. There are also several cafes in Beauty World Centre if you prefer to wait nearby.
