Modern co-working space in Singapore with laptops, plants, and warm lighting
Stackflow team collaborating in a Singapore office

Singapore roots, global customers

Built close to the teams using it.

Our team works with operators, product leads, designers, and engineers across Singapore and global remote teams. The product is shaped around real delivery habits: quick decisions, clear owners, and updates people can scan between meetings.

Mission

Make project management easier to keep current.

Stackflow started after our founding team watched high-performing teams lose hours every week to status rituals, tool switching, and project boards that only looked current during planning meetings. We wanted software that could keep the basics updated while leaving teams in control of the decisions that matter.

Our philosophy is simple: project tools should be opinionated enough to reduce admin work, flexible enough to fit real teams, and respectful of people's attention. Automation helps with summaries, routing, and risk signals, but the product is designed around human judgment first.

Values

How we choose what to build.

1

Ship fast, fix faster.

Momentum matters, but not at the cost of listening. We launch quickly and keep improving with customers.

2

Opinionated defaults, flexible overrides.

The best processes should be easy to start and easy to adjust when reality changes.

3

Useful software respects attention.

Automation should support judgment, not replace context, ownership, or trust.

We're hiring. See open roles.
