When the entire developer tools category was being reshaped by AI agents, Linehaul's positioning was working against them. We rebuilt the narrative from first principles.

Outbound sales had taken the company to $4M ARR but was no longer scaling. We mapped the customer journey end-to-end and identified two channels that had been hiding in plain sight.
